Digital Marketing Graduate

At Macbeth we’re looking a highly motivated and ambitious Digital Marketing Graduate to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to apply their academic knowledge and develop their skills in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You will support various marketing campaigns, oversee our website and analyse its data, write and create social posts and contribute to the overall success of our business.

• Good copywriting skills
• Good knowledge of social media channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Insta
• Experience in Canva and InDesign would be an advantage but what you don’t know can be taught
• Knowledge of WordPress would also be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and monitor performance of SEO and digital campaigns in line with the marketing plan
• Manage digital agencies (SEO and web development)
• Maintain the website – resource & blog post uploads, copy changes, new page builds
• Ensure optimisation of the website, suggesting improvements to functionality, design and performance
• Monitor and improve digital channel conversions
• Maintain the company’s intranet
• Build, manage and maintain the company’s EDMs – internal and external
• Social media management and maintenance
• Blog post writing
• Analyse and report on all digital marketing activities
• Email signature management
• Own and manage client reviews including placing on the intranet and website
• Competitor analysis
• Learn InDesign and Canva to help with asset and campaign resource creation
